Order
Order your noah bed easily and quickly from our shop. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and be informed about the estimated delivery date and the further progress of your order. For special concerns, please contact us directly via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Production
After placing your order, we start production immediately and exclusively manufacture your noah bed. It is done sustainably and fairly at our partner facility in Germany. Once we are done, we will notify you. If there are any major changes to the communicated delivery date (approximately 5 working days), we will inform you in a timely manner.
Shipping
Your noah bed will be securely packed and shipped by a freight forwarding company. After your bed is picked up from our production, our partner's forwarding company will contact you to arrange a delivery date. You can choose the date that suits you best. Delivery within Germany will be made right into your bedroom.
International Shipping
Since the noah bed can be packed in boxes, we can cost-efficiently ship it worldwide. For a shipping quote within the EU, simply add the desired bed to your cart and provide your address. For shipping quotes outside the EU, please send us a message. For our customers from Switzerland and the UK, we offer shipping including customs processing.
CO2-neutral
Together with our logistics partner, we ensure that your noah bed arrives at your home carbon-neutral, without leaving a footprint.
Return
You can test your noah bed worry-free for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, we will pick it up from you free of charge. Contact us directly via email or phone, and we will coordinate the pickup with you.
