Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Noah Living GmbH, Torstraße 140, 10119 Berlin / +49 (0) 30 61 640 445 / hello@noah-living.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the goods in their original packaging. Therefore, we recommend folding and keeping the packaging until you have made your final decision.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to customer specifications or modified at the customer’s request in any way. Custom-made products of any kind are excluded from the right of withdrawal, return, and exchange.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
