By participating in the giveaway, Instagram users explicitly accept these general terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms will result in the exclusion of the participant.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is Noah Living GmbH.

2. Participation

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in an EU member state or Switzerland.
• Employees of Noah Living GmbH, employees of ic! berlin GmbH, and their immediate relatives are excluded from participation.
• Participation using a false identity or the identity of third parties is prohibited.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation for valid reasons.

Requirements for participation:

• Follow the Instagram accounts @noah_living and @icberlinofficial.
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag another person.
• Additionally (optional): Share the giveaway post in a public Instagram story and tag @noah_living and @icberlinofficial.
  
• Only one entry per account is valid (one comment counts as one entry). Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.

Period
The giveaway begins on 14.05.2026 at 9:00 AM and ends on 24.05.2026 at 11:59 PM. The winner will be selected the following day and notified no later than 05.06.2026.

3. Prize and Distribution

The prize consists of a set including:

• One Obento side table in stainless steel worth €690 from the currently available Noah Living range.
• Two pairs of sunglasses by ic! berlin (model Oli and model MB 27) with a total value of €700.

Any custom-made designs or individualizations are excluded. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or exchange is available. Shipping within the EU and Switzerland is included.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid comments.
• Participants who used the optional story-sharing feature will receive an additional entry in the draw.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize claim will expire, and a replacement draw will take place.

4. Exclusion

• Content that violates the rights of third parties or is deemed inappropriate (e.g., offensive, harassing, promoting violence) will result in exclusion from participation.
• Noah Living GmbH reserves the right to delete inappropriate comments.
• If a selected winner violates these terms, the prize may be revoked retroactively.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• Noah Living GmbH is not liable for technical disruptions or data loss during participation.
• The organizer is not responsible for legal violations made by participants in comments or tags.

6. Changes

• Noah Living GmbH reserves the right to change or terminate the giveaway without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• The organizer may amend the terms and conditions at any time.

7. Data Protection Notice

• Personal data (e.g., name, address) of the winner will be collected solely for the purpose of processing the giveaway.
• The data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes and will be deleted after the giveaway concludes.
• Participants may request information about their stored data at any time.

8. Miscellaneous

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
