The giveaway is conducted in cooperation with the influencer via the Instagram account @alichuree, who promotes the giveaway as part of an advertising partnership.

By participating in the giveaway, the Instagram user expressly accepts these general terms of participation. In the event of a violation of the terms of participation, the participant will be excluded from the giveaway.
The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is Noah Living GmbH.
- Eligible to participate are all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in a member state of the European Union or Switzerland.
- Excluded from participation are employees of Noah Living GmbH, employees of the cooperation partners involved in conducting the giveaway, and their respective family members.
- Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
- The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation where legitimate grounds exist. This applies in particular in cases of violations of these terms of participation, attempts at manipulation, or the use of automated participation methods.

- Liking the giveaway post
- Commenting on the giveaway post and tagging another person.
Period
The giveaway begins on 21.06.2026 and ends on 01.07.2026 at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on the following day, and the winner will be notified by 01.07.2026 at the latest.
The prize is a Torio sofa (2-seater, 200 x 100 cm) by Noah Living.
The prize has a total value of up to EUR 4,510 (incl. statutory VAT).
The winner may choose the color from Noah Living's standard Torio fabric range.
A custom-made version or individualization of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable, and a cash payout or exchange is not possible. Shipping within the EU and Switzerland is included in the prize.
Determination of the Winner
- The winner is determined by the influencer @alichuree on behalf of Noah Living GmbH on a random basis among all entries that meet the participation requirements.
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
- If no response is received within 7 calendar days following notification, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, Noah Living GmbH is entitled to conduct a new draw among the remaining eligible participants.
Content that infringes the rights of third parties or is deemed inappropriate (e.g. offensive, harassing, glorifying violence) will result in exclusion from participation.
Noah Living GmbH reserves the right to delete inappropriate comments.
Should a winner already drawn violate these terms, the prize may be revoked retroactively.
Noah Living GmbH assumes no liability for technical malfunctions or data loss occurring during participation.
The organizer shall not be liable for legal infringements committed by participants in comments or tags.
Noah Living GmbH reserves the right to amend or terminate the giveaway without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Amendments to the terms of participation may be made at any time.
For participation in the giveaway, personal data (first and last name, address, telephone number, email address) of the winner is collected exclusively for the purpose of processing the giveaway.
The data will not be shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes and will be deleted upon completion of the giveaway.
Participants may request information about their stored data at any time.
Legal recourse is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
