Payment
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal and (within Germany) also by installments. In the case of bank transfer, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of order confirmation. Since we produce on demand, the entire invoice amount is due before receipt of the goods (except for payment in installments). You will receive your invoice separately by email.
You are welcome to use one of our three financing models. You can choose between 24, 12 or 6 months. The installment payment is made via the Santander installment loan and is only possible throughout Germany.

Within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we work with DHL 2-man handling for large deliveries. The shipping company will contact you beforehand to schedule an appointment for the delivery. Your items will be delivered directly to your chosen room. Different delivery terms apply for international deliveries.
In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, our delivery service brings your Noah products right into the room of your choice. In other countries, deliveries are usually made to the curb. Please understand that this is something we unfortunately cannot change. But don't worry: thanks to our modular design, even larger items arrive in multiple easily transportable packages.

After your delivery arrives, please check that your order is complete. Also check for any potential damage. If you notice any issues, please notify us immediately with relevant documentation, especially in the case of transportation damage. Returns
We hope that you'll love your Noah product, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it free of charge within the first 30 days of receiving it.
If you wish to return your entire order, you can cancel the purchase contract via email. For returning individual items, please specify the products in an email. Smaller items can be returned via mail, for which we'll provide you with a return label. For larger shipments, we'll arrange a pickup with the delivery service, who will coordinate an appointment with you. Please ensure to pack the products carefully in their original packaging.
Once we receive the return, it will undergo inspection. Assuming all items meet the return conditions, we'll process a full refund. Due to the return procedures of the delivery service, this process may take approximately 3-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Starting from two modules, you can easily turn your Noah Sofa into a comfy guest bed. It's a straightforward process requiring just a few simple steps: First, remove the module connectors. Then, remove the backrests from all modules and pull out the connecting rods from the frame. Now, arrange the modules to form your desired sleeping spot. Finally, reattach the module connectors to secure the setup.

Try pressing the front legs together with one hand while fastening the connector with the other – this can often help to bring them into proper alignment. Most minor stains can be easily wiped away with a lint-free cotton cloth dampened with water. Simply use gentle, circular motions from the outer edge towards the center of the stain.
You can wash the Noah covers in the washing machine in a laundry bag at a gentle 30-degree cycle without detergent. Remember to close the Velcro fastener tightly before washing by folding it inward and pressing firmly. This prevents any damage to the fabric. While the gentle cycle isn't necessary, fewer rotations are generally better for the fabric. We recommend around 800 rotations.
Sometimes, wrinkles happen when the fabric shifts or stretches with use. Try gently smoothing out the cover by hand to see if that helps. If the wrinkles remain, tightening the cover under the seat module with the Velcro fastener could do the trick. And for a more thorough fix, consider giving the fabric a machine wash to help it regain its original shape.

We recommend a slatted frame that is no more than 7.5 cm high to ensure proper mattress sinking. As for the mattress, a height of 17-20 cm is ideal, but this is primarily an aesthetic consideration.

Care
With proper care, you can extend the lifespan of your Noah Bed. We collected some useful tips for maintenance and cleaning.
To properly maintain your natural oak bed, apply a few drops of a suitable wood oil onto a lint-free cotton cloth and use it to oil your bed.
For regular cleaning, wipe your bed with a slightly damp cotton cloth and follow up with a dry cloth. If needed, you can use a mild soap for cleaning. Avoid using microfiber cloths, as they can cause small scratches, and refrain from using aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive materials.
For regular maintenance, you can vacuum the headboard with the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner on a low setting and with little pressure. This prevents dirt and dust from penetrating the fabric and wearing it out.
It resembles an oiled wood surface and can be easily cleaned with a lint-free, slightly damp cotton cloth or, for tougher stains, with a little neutral cleaner. In case of scratches, gently rub a walnut over the affected area and then use a cloth to rub excess oil into the linoleum.
For regular maintenance, you can vacuum the headboard with the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner on a low setting and with little pressure. This prevents dirt and dust from penetrating the fabric and wearing it out.
Moisten a lint-free cotton cloth with some water and gently wipe from the outer edge to the inner edge of the stain using gentle, circular motions. Be careful not to apply too much pressure to avoid damaging the fabric weave. In most cases, no cleaning agent is necessary, but if needed, you can use a small amount of neutral soap.
Due to linen's tendency to shrink when exposed to water, please do not machine wash or hand wash the cover. For thorough cleaning, you can take the cover to a professional textile cleaner who will chemically clean it gently. This water-free process ensures that the cover fibers do not swell and that it maintains its shape.
You can create a unique color combination using the available pillow fabrics. Additionally, we can also cover the cushion with the sofa fabrics. Please feel free to reach out to us in either case.
Place the connector over the shorter part of the cushionback and position the Combo diagonally against the backrest for maximum comfort while leaning back. For sitting upright, place the connector over the longer part of the cushion's back and position the Combo close to the backrest for optimal back support.
There is a connector with zippers on both sides, which you can easily attach through the zippers on the back of the cushion and the bolster, connecting the two together.
To clean the covers of your cushion, simply unzip them and remove them. Wash them gently by hand with a mild detergent and let them air dry.
