Individual parts and covers are sent to you directly by parcel. In that case you receive a tracking number. If the product is part of a larger order, it is delivered together with the other products by a shipping company. Within the EU you can try the product for 30 days without worry. If you are not happy with it, you can return it to us free of charge.
