During the first week following your order, we can still make adjustments without much hassle. Simply drop us a brief email. However, please bear in mind that as production progresses, changes may impact delivery times. So, the sooner you inform us of any changes, the better. We'll strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.

With the modular design of our products, you can easily reorder individual parts and extensions at any time to adjust your Noah piece to your taste and changing needs. Even if there's damage, you can simply repair, reorder, or replace the affected part. If you want to add another product shortly after your initial purchase, drop us a note in the comment section or via email and we'll happily check if everything can be shipped together.

After your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation from us. If you haven't chosen an online payment method, you'll find the bank details in the confirmation email. Your invoice will arrive in a separate email. Within 2-3 business days, you'll receive an approximate delivery date from us. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email from us with all the delivery information.

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal and (within Germany) also by installments. In the case of bank transfer, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of order confirmation. Since we produce on demand, the entire invoice amount is due before receipt of the goods (except for payment in installments). You will receive your invoice separately by email.

Within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we work with DHL 2-man handling for large deliveries. The shipping company will contact you beforehand to schedule an appointment for the delivery. Your items will be delivered directly to your chosen room. Different delivery terms apply for international deliveries.

In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, our delivery service brings your Noah products right into the room of your choice. In other countries, deliveries are usually made to the curb. Please understand that this is something we unfortunately cannot change. But don't worry: thanks to our modular design, even larger items arrive in multiple easily transportable packages.

Noah products can be delivered worldwide.Depending on your shipping destination, there may be special shipping conditions, e.g. higher delivery costs or longer delivery times.If you would like a delivery outside the EU, please contact us by email and we will clarify all the details with you.

You'll receive an approximate delivery date from us within a few business days of placing your order. Keep in mind that Noah products have different production times. We ship all items in an order together, aligning production with the product that takes the longest to deliver.

If the provided delivery date isn't convenient for you, please let us know promptly when would be better. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee an earlier delivery date. Changing the delivery address is generally possible at any time. However, please note that additional costs may occur if the delivery is already en route and requires redirection.

Our products are designed for quick and easy assembly – often even without the need for additional tools. The initial setup allows you to experience your Noah product and its modularity firsthand. As such, we don't offer assembly services as a standard option. However, you're welcome to inquire about booking an assembly service through us. We'll provide you with a separate invoice for this service. If you're interested, please reach out to us via email.

Within Germany, we can arrange to have your old furniture taken away as part of the delivery process. You'll receive a separate invoice for this afterward. Please reach out to us via email if you're interested.

We do not include packaging removal as a standard service. However, you have the option to add this as an additional service for a fee. You'll receive a separate invoice for it afterward. If you're interested in this service, simply send us an email.

After your delivery arrives, please check that your order is complete. Also check for any potential damage. If you notice any issues, please notify us immediately with relevant documentation, especially in the case of transportation damage. If anything doesn't meet your expectations with your order, simply send us an email, and we'll swiftly address the situation.

We hope that you'll love your Noah product, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it free of charge within the first 30 days of receiving it.

If you wish to return your entire order, you can cancel the purchase contract via email. For returning individual items, please specify the products in an email. Smaller items can be returned via mail, for which we'll provide you with a return label. For larger shipments, we'll arrange a pickup with the delivery service, who will coordinate an appointment with you. Please ensure to pack the products carefully in their original packaging.

Once we receive the return, it will undergo inspection. Assuming all items meet the return conditions, we'll process a full refund. Due to the return procedures of the delivery service, this process may take approximately 3-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
